How to Connect PaddlePal to Strava
With PaddlePal’s new Strava integration, you can automatically sync your paddle boarding workouts to your Strava account. Here’s how to get started:
1️⃣ Open PaddlePal
Make sure you’re using the latest version of the PaddlePal app.
2️⃣ Go to the Account Page
Tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen.
3️⃣ Select “Connect to Strava”
You’ll see a new option to link your Strava account. Tap it.
4️⃣ Log into Your Strava Account
Follow the prompts to log in and authorize the connection.
5️⃣ Record Your Workouts
That’s it! Every paddle workout you complete in PaddlePal will automatically sync to Strava.
Troubleshooting Connection Issues
If you encounter any issues syncing your workouts to Strava, try disconnecting and reconnecting your account:
✅ Go back to the Account page in PaddlePal
✅ Select Disconnect from Strava
✅ Then, repeat the steps above to reconnect your Strava account
This can often resolve any issues with syncing and ensure your workouts are shared correctly.
