PaddlePal isn't recording my location - What do I do?
PaddlePal uses your location to track your paddling routes and provide accurate data. The first time you open the app, you’ll be asked to grant permission to use Location Services.
If you accidentally selected “Don’t Allow”, or if the app can’t find your location, here’s how to fix it:
- Open your Settings app.
- Tap Privacy & Security → Location Services.
- Scroll down and select PaddlePal.
- Set Allow Location Access to While Using the App.
- Turn on Precise Location for the most accurate GPS tracking.
This ensures PaddlePal can track your routes accurately and deliver the best paddling experience.
