How to Redeem a PaddlePal Promo Code
If you received a PaddlePal code, follow the instructions supplied with it. Some offers use a redemption link; others can be entered in the App Store.
Redeem an App Store code
- Open the App Store on iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your profile picture or account button.
- Choose Redeem Gift Card or Code, then Enter Code Manually.
- Enter the code and follow Apple’s confirmation steps.
- Reopen PaddlePal and check your access.
If the code is not accepted
Check that it was entered correctly and that it has not expired or already been redeemed. Eligibility can depend on the offer, your account, subscription history and App Store region. A code is not guaranteed to apply to every account.
If the offer included a link, try that link and follow its instructions. Review the price, trial, renewal date and terms shown by Apple before confirming.
Code redeemed but Pro is still locked?
Check that the App Store uses the Apple Account that redeemed the code. Open PaddlePal’s purchase screen and use Restore Purchases where available. Do not purchase again just to test access.
Contact support with the exact error and the offer’s source. Do not post an unused code publicly.
